The world of HR is constantly changing with accompanying changes taking place in the manner in which businesses are being created and operated. The world is increasingly being referred to as being VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous). And adapting to this change is becoming increasingly important, as a result of which, people management cannot remain the same. In light of these changes, IIM Sambalpur proposes to hold two-panel discussions to help identify these businesses, socio-political, economic, technological, and demographical changes and trends to help prepare themselves, while simultaneously focusing on understanding the best practices to help tackle these alterations.
